Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Admin Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. The Clinic Admin Assistant will assist in the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Assist to manage and coordinate daily clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Patient Care: Assist in ensuring high standards of patient care are maintained, including patient satisfaction, timely service, and adherence to clinical guidelines and protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Assist to manage inventory levels, including medical supplies and equipment, to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Customer Service: Foster a patient-centered environment, addressing patient concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance clinic services, expand patient base, and improve overall clinic performance.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Experience in clinic or healthcare enviroment is an advantage.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and solve problems effectively.
