The role involves creating engaging presentations, coordinating campaigns and events, and analyzing customer behaviour with Excel, contributing to actionable insights and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong research, analytical and writing skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (or equivalent data tools).
• Basic visual design capabilities may help in communications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on environmental markets, customer sectors, competitors, and regulatory developments.
• Analyse market trends and standards; prepare reports to guide strategy.
• Assist with marketing materials, newsletters and social posts ensuring brand alignment.
• Support planning and execution of campaigns and events, including logistics and reporting.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and assist in basic visual design tasks.
• Perform data analysis on customer behaviour using Excel and summarize findings.
• Research new suppliers and compile contact information for outreach.
