Job summary

TÜV SÜD in Singapore seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end management of the Centre of Excellence programs, ensuring cohesive execution, transparent reporting and compliance with funding requirements.

The role coordinates across CoE pillars, corporate functions and external stakeholders (EDB, carbon registries), focusing on governance, budget, risks, and delivering scalable market solutions in climate and carbon markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or equivalent.
• Min. 7 years of experience managing complex international programs in climate, sustainability, carbon markets, environmental services, energy transition, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of carbon markets, Article 6 mechanisms, carbon accounting, climate policy, digital MRV, or sustainability standards.
• Experience establishing or operating a PMO, ideally within an innovation, technology, or transformation environment.
• Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies (e.g., waterfall, hybrid, agile).
• Excellent structuring, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with public funding programs or regulatory frameworks is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of the Centre of Excellence programs in Singapore.
• Develop integrated program and portfolio plans with timelines and milestones.
• Ensure governance, reporting, and alignment with CoE roadmap.
• Coordinate cross-functional and external stakeholder engagements.
• Monitor budgets, milestones, and resource allocation; identify deviations.
• Ensure compliance with LoA and funding requirements with EDB.
• Foster cross-functional coordination across dMRV, Technical & Engagement, Thought Leadership, Go-to-Market.
