Job summary

A leading company in the drilling industry is looking for an Operations Coordinator to manage daily operations for security systems and support teams effectively. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in engineering and experience in the IT/security field. Responsibilities include ensuring project timelines and budget adherence, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in the IT/security field.
• Basic knowledge in ELV, IT, and security systems preferred.
• Able to read and understand basic AutoCAD drawings.

Client & Vendor Support

• Work with vendors and subcontractors to get parts and services.

Team Support

• Help the Operations Manager oversee technicians and engineers.
• Ensure team follows safety and work procedures.
• Assist in planning staff deployment.

Documentation & Inventory

• Keep project and service records organized.
• Monitor stock levels and order parts when needed.
• Create weekly/monthly reports on project and maintenance work.

Requirements

• Diploma or NITEC in Engineering (Computer, Electrical, or related fields).
• Basic knowledge in ELV, IT, and security systems is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in the IT/security field.
