You will build relationships and stay in contact with customers to ensure total satisfaction and success of marketing campaigns on-site.

The role is on-site with a focus on achieving sales targets, working in a dynamic team, and continuously improving performance.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail, customer service, sales, or marketing is advantageous.
• Dynamic, energetic, positive and driven to exceed targets.
• Strong focus on self-improvement and performance.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and promote products and services required from clients.
• Attend to customers’ queries.
• Build relationship and stay in contact with customers when they have enquiries.
• Ensure good service standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction.
• Work in a team to develop marketing strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Be on-site to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
