Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Client Success Manager who will be responsible for leading value delivery to our clients from our Singapore office. The CSM will manage client relationships and coordinate internal teams to ensure clients’ outcomes are achieved. Reporting directly to the Head of Client Success, you’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of international clients using Spinergie’s innovative apps. You’ll be the main contact for shipowners, charterers, and engineering companies, assisting them in planning and executing offshore projects and maritime operations with advanced analytics. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic industry by driving success through technology.

CSM plays a crucial role in the organization, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Project Managers, and Tech teams daily.

About Spinergie

Spinergie provides data-driven products to support decision-making in the maritime industry, including:

  • Market Intelligence: a big data solution offering insights on the offshore industry to aid prospecting and business decisions.
  • Smart Fleet Management: a tailored app for vessel managers and charterers to digitize onboard processes and optimize performance.

Our products serve offshore energy and maritime companies, with Market Intelligence also used by industry service providers.

Your Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Lead discovery calls and regular check-ins to understand client objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver onboarding, training, and support to ensure clients maximize value from our solutions.
  • Manage client renewal negotiations and contribute to revenue growth by collaborating with the Sales team.
  • Share customer insights with Sales, Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to enhance acquisition and engagement efforts.
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience in a client-facing role, preferably as a Client Success Manager or Project Manager in SaaS B2B.
  • Experience in the maritime industry (offshore and/or shipping).
  • Structured, rigorous, with strong prioritization skills.
  • Reliable, accountable, eager to learn about offshore and maritime sectors.
  • Excellent listening, communication (verbal & written), and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Ability to work in Singapore.
