About the Role
We're looking for a Client Success Director to take the lead in driving partnerships with some of the most well-known brands and agencies across the region. This is a highly strategic role where you'll guide clients on their omnichannel creative, activation, and measurement strategies-powered by one of the industry's most advanced ad management platforms.
You'll act as a trusted consultant and strategic advisor to senior stakeholders while also managing and mentoring a high-performing team. The role is both client-facing and internally strategic, requiring someone who can balance big-picture thinking with executional excellence.
Key Objectives:
This is a leadership position within the Client Success organization, working on high-value, top-tier accounts. You'll develop 12-month account roadmaps, deliver insight-led solutions, and ensure clients extract the full value of their digital marketing investments.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ad tech-driven environment, is passionate about digital innovation, and can balance commercial acumen with client empathy.
