Client Success Director
Based in Singapore

About the Role
We're looking for a Client Success Director to take the lead in driving partnerships with some of the most well-known brands and agencies across the region. This is a highly strategic role where you'll guide clients on their omnichannel creative, activation, and measurement strategies-powered by one of the industry's most advanced ad management platforms.

You'll act as a trusted consultant and strategic advisor to senior stakeholders while also managing and mentoring a high-performing team. The role is both client-facing and internally strategic, requiring someone who can balance big-picture thinking with executional excellence.

Key Objectives:

  1. Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships
  2. Act as a consultative advisor, providing strategic guidance
  3. Retain and grow revenue across existing accounts
  4. Lead day-to-day account management
  5. Mentor and develop direct reports

This is a leadership position within the Client Success organization, working on high-value, top-tier accounts. You'll develop 12-month account roadmaps, deliver insight-led solutions, and ensure clients extract the full value of their digital marketing investments.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ad tech-driven environment, is passionate about digital innovation, and can balance commercial acumen with client empathy.

Primary Responsibilities

Client Partnerships

  • Own and lead relationships with assigned accounts, acting as the primary senior contact and trusted advisor
  • Build strategic engagement plans, map key stakeholders, and nurture strong client and agency partnerships
  • Present and influence digital marketing strategies that showcase the value of our solutions
  • Lead client-facing meetings including weekly WIPs, workshops, quarterly reviews, and strategy sessions
  • Translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives for senior decision-makers

Revenue Growth & Commercial Strategy

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans with a clear 12-month roadmap
  • Identify and activate opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and long-term growth
  • Manage forecasting, CRM updates, and revenue pipelines with accuracy and accountability
  • Partner with sales teams on pitches and positioning for new opportunities
  • Mentor team members on commercial strategy and account growth techniques

Account Management

  • Oversee day-to-day delivery of client campaigns, ensuring service excellence
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, creative, and operations teams to deliver innovative solutions
  • Monitor performance data to provide insights, optimizations, and strategic recommendations
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and contribute to high-profile pitches and client education sessions

Team Leadership

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of direct reports
  • Set clear performance goals, provide coaching, and conduct annual reviews
  • Empower team members to confidently lead client interactions and platform demos
  • Act as a senior escalation point for both internal and external needs

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years' experience in digital media, covering account management, project management, sales, or ad operations
  • Proven leadership and people management skills; experience developing and motivating high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of revenue growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; confident in presenting to executive-level stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to turn technical knowledge into actionable marketing strategies
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Strong relationship builder and natural consultant with experience influencing at all levels
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools
