Responsibilities

The Client Solutions Team at TikTok helps nurture accounts through high-touch client service and education on TikTok solutions, supporting brands in achieving their marketing and business objectives. The team collaborates cross-functionally to provide holistic solutions, including product knowledge, vertical expertise, and market insights. We seek individuals with strong business acumen and the ability to deliver consultative sales in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and strengthen key client relationships, focusing on driving revenue, advertiser education, and satisfaction.
  • Analyze advertisement campaign data to provide data-driven business insights for mid-market clients.
  • Manage and grow post-sale relationships across branding, performance, and e-commerce marketing products, proactively improving results and up-selling.
  • Serve as a product consultant to educate clients on solutions and best practices, expanding the eCommerce business.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and build long-term, productive client relationships in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues during campaigns.
  • Identify growth opportunities through performance analysis and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
  • Promote product feature adoption and contribute feedback for product improvements based on market input.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or client services in digital marketing/eCommerce, with knowledge of digital media platforms and KPIs.
  • Experience with biddable media; eCommerce and retail industry experience is a plus.
  • Managing performance/e-commerce advertisers and understanding their challenges.
  • Proficiency in campaign setup, management, and optimization.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights for campaign assessment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, or dashboarding.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and a creative problem solver.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Connections in the eCommerce space, especially with small to mid-sized businesses.
  • Experience with CPAS, Shopping Ads, and eCommerce marketing.
  • Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners and pixel troubleshooting.
  • Experience in strategic program development for education and product adoption.
  • Technical problem-solving experience with product and engineering teams.
  • Managing a large client portfolio (>50 clients) with prioritization skills.
