You will work closelywith cross-functional teams to design, sell, and implement tailored AI-driven solutions thatoptimize telecom operations, enhance customer experiences, and unlock new growthopportunities.Roles and Responsibilities: Client Relationship & Engagement: Cultivate and manage strong, long-termrelationships with key decision-makers in telecom organizations. Act as the primarypoint of contact for all AI and GenAI-related initiatives, ensuring the delivery ofhigh-value solutions. Solution Design & Strategy: Collaborate with clients to understand their businesschallenges and telecom needs, and design AI/GenAI-driven solutions that addressthese pain points. Provide strategic guidance on how emerging technologies cantransform their operations and customer offerings. Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and upsell AI andGenAI solutions within existing client accounts. Lead consultative sales engagements,guiding clients through the AI journeyfrom initial discovery to solution design anddeployment. End-to-End Project Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of AI/GenAI solutions, frompre-sales through to post-sales support. Work with internal teams to ensure thesuccessful implementation of solutions that align with client objectives and exceedexpectations. AI & GenAI Expertise: Stay on the cutting edge of AI, machine learning, and generativeAI trends. Client Advocacy & Support: Advocate for client needs within the organization,ensuring their feedback and concerns are addressed. Provide clients with ongoingeducation and support to help them maximize the value of AI solutions. Performance Monitoring & ROI: Measure the success and impact of AI/GenAIsolutions for clients. Provide reports and analytics to demonstrate ROI andcontinuously identify areas for improvement and further value creation.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Telecommunications, Computer Science,Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in a client-facing role within the telecom industry, with a strongunderstanding of telecom operations and technologies. Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies, with a focuson their application in the telecom sector. Experience in selling AI-driven solutions, preferably in the telecom or technologyindustries, with a proven track record of sales success. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate client needs into actionableAI/GenAI solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability toexplain complex AI concepts in simple terms to both technical and non-technicalstakeholders. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex,multi-faceted engagements. A collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with internal and external teams todeliver exceptional client experiences.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with telecom-specific AI applications such as predictive analytics,network optimization, customer service automation (e.g., chatbots, virtualassistants), and fraud detection. Familiarity with AI platforms, frameworks, and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, GPTmodels) and cloud-based AI solutions. Background in data science, machine learning engineering, or a related technicalfield. Knowledge of AI ethics and regulations, particularly in telecom environments.,
