Job description

We’re seeking a strategic and client-oriented Client Solution Manager to lead the design and delivery of impactful business transformation initiatives. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll work across business and technology teams to translate enterprise goals into scalable, sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Strategy & Alignment: Partner with clients to align business objectives with actionable transformation strategies and clearly defined outcomes.
  • Solution Design: Co-create future-state models, workflows, and solutions that address business needs and drive value.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline operations, enhance agility, and improve profitability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, operations, and leadership to ensure solutions are feasible, integrated, and scalable.
  • Transformation Leadership: Lead initiatives across digital enablement, automation, CX, and business capability development.
  • Governance & Metrics: Define KPIs and tracking models to measure success and support continuous improvement.
  • Innovation: Recommend emerging technologies and best practices that enhance business performance.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years in business strategy, consulting, or enterprise transformation.
  • Proven ability to align business goals with large-scale solutions.
  • Strong background in workflow design, capability mapping, and operational excellence.
  • Skilled communicator, able to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Knowledge of governance, risk management, and change leadership.
  • Commercial mindset with strong financial acumen.
  • Experience supporting SI sales or solutioning is a plus.
