Key Responsibilities:
  1. Working with the MD on targeting the verticals we are pursuing.
  2. Follow up with clients.
  3. Pitch our services to clients via calling/emailing.
  4. Convince potential clients about our services.
  5. Manage client accounts and maintain healthy business relationships.
  6. Assist clients in drafting Job Descriptions, KRAs, etc., and provide market standard opinions on recruitment queries.
  7. Manage collections for the accounts.
  8. Ensure swift execution of assignments and coordinate with relevant teams.
  9. Brainstorm ideas for company growth, draft recruitment strategies, and contribute to company management as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
  • At least 1-4 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales.
  • Experience in online or corporate sales is a plus.
  • Minimum graduation in any field.
