Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution of all client requests.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired service levels and deliver positive customer experience.
Attend regular meetings with the client to provide updates, address concerns, and align on key initiatives.
Provide regular updates on contact centre’s performance.
Manage the overall operational cost of the contact centre.
Ensure contact centre meet all operational and audit requirements, and follow up on any identified non-compliance issues.
Regularly assess business, operational, and compliance risks related to contact centre operations and implement appropriate internal controls to mitigate them.
Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities assigned by management to support business needs.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree
3-5 years Project Management Experience
Good supervisory, planning, management and communication skills
Possess COPC certification or equivalent
Possess a customer-oriented outlook
