PONI FINANCIAL ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Client Servicing Executive to be the main point of contact for customers seeking insurance products.

You will explain options, provide insurance comparison quotes, and guide clients through the purchase journey to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience. Responsibilities include prompt responses via phone, email and online platforms, understanding customer needs, and assisting through quotation to policy issuance, with post-sale support and strong

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old.
• 1 year and above of insurance sales experience.
• CMFAS Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, CGI) required.
• CMFAS Certification in Life and Health Insurance (M5, HI, M9, M9A, M8, M8A) required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate insurance product comparisons and quotes.
• Assist customers through the end-to-end purchase process, from quotation to policy issuance.
• Follow up with customers to ensure completion of applications and address any concerns.
• Liaise with insurers and internal teams to clarify product details, underwriting requirements, or application status.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Provide post-sale support, such as policy document clarification or endorsement requests.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
• Ability to communicate and cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance overall service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Education
