Job description

As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be the key point of contact for customers seeking insurance products. You will assist customers in understanding their options, provide insurance comparison quotes, and guide them through the purchase journey to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate insurance product comparisons and quotes.
  • Assist customers through the end-to-end purchase process, from quotation to policy issuance.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure completion of applications and address any concerns.
  • Liaise with insurers and internal teams to clarify product details, underwriting requirements, or application status.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Provide post-sale support, such as policy document clarification or endorsement requests.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Ability to communicate and cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance overall service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements/ Qualifications:

  • CMFAS Certification in Life and Health Insurance (M5, HI, M9, M9A, M8, M8A).
  • CMFAS Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, CGI).
  • 1 year and above of insurance sales experience.
  • Minimum 21 yrs old.

Soft Skills:

  • Customer oriented, sharp mind and superior communication skills.
  • Hungry with a high sense of urgency.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced and growth-charged startup environment.
  • Passionate about Financial Wellness, FinTech and InsurTech.
