Who We Are?

We are a real estate servicing firm established in 2019 in Singapore, that focuses on serving clients who wish to grow their wealth through property investments. This sets us apart from traditional property agencies as we are run by investors, for investors. Our services go beyond facilitating property transactions; we provide a comprehensive handholding experience for our clients from deep research and curation of investable properties to portfolio planning and post-purchased administrative support, giving our clients a seamless and effortless experience in real estate investments.

As part of our promise to our clients that we want to give them the best experience during the entire property purchase process. We are looking to expand our post-purchased team to serve our clients better and more efficiently in the future.

Salary: SGD3,500.00 - SDG4, 500.00 a month (depending on experience)

Education/Experience: 3-5 years of experience

No preference in race or gender, must be fluent in English.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage clients requests

  • Tidy and organize clients documents

  • Build good relationships with clients

  • Update clients on their property purchase status

  • Send regular property project updates to client

  • Prepare all administrative forms for our clients who are buying properties

  • Update and maintain all clients information on our system on a daily basis

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clients purchase processes meet the timeline.

  • Arrange for face-to-face appointment with clients to complete property purchase paperwork

  • Answer and reply clients enquiries regards to tax filing, property management and letting agent service, bank account opening, and other general enquiries.

  • Assist Senior Investor Relation and our clients on their property purchase journey in a timely manner and ensure a great customer experience.

  • Welcoming guests at Level 1 reception area.
