The Client Servicing & Business Executive will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless client onboarding experience by managing the account opening process, performing compliance checks, and supporting the team in delivering exceptional service to new clients. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, including account opening, documentation review, and activation
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all client documentation in line with internal standards and regulatory requirements
  • Perform KYC and AML due diligence checks in compliance with relevant guidelines
  • Serve as a primary contact for new clients during the onboarding phase, addressing inquiries and ensuring a smooth transition
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders including Compliance, Operations, and Product Specialists to facilitate timely account setup
  • Monitor onboarding progress, provide status updates, and proactively follow up to minimize delays
  • Support the team with account documentation, client records, and post-onboarding servicing requirements
  • Build long-term relationships by providing personalized support and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or diploma from reputable institutions
  • Relevant experience in client onboarding, account servicing, or operations within wealth management, private banking, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory frameworks governing client onboarding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and client-centric approach
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
