Job summary

Amethyst Partners client, an international financial services firm, seeks a Fund Operations Specialist to support the launch and ongoing servicing of private market funds. You will coordinate with internal teams, fund administrators, distributors and investors, manage timelines and documents, handle KYC/AML onboarding, and ensure timely investor reporting.

Strong knowledge of private market funds and 5+ years of experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Support the launch and setup of new private market funds.
• Coordinate with internal teams, fund administrators, distributors, investors, and service providers.
• Manage fund launch timelines, documents, and operational requirements.
• Handle onboarding of investors and distributors, including KYC/AML and subscription documents.
• Act as the main contact for investor and distributor enquiries.
• Ensure investor reporting is accurate and delivered on time.
• Support marketing materials such as pitch books.
• Manage fund administrators and service providers to ensure good service and smooth operations.
• Help resolve fund operational and financial issues.
• Support due diligence for new funds and distributors.
• Ensure key procedures, agreements, and service standards are properly documented.
• Work with technology teams to improve systems and processes.
