Responsibilities

• Support the Client Services team across campaign activation, monitoring and wrap‑up.
• Help track campaign pacing and delivery, and support performance reporting and post‑campaign insights.
• Work with Client Services to understand and support the resolution of campaign delivery issues.
• Prepare internal documents, presentations, meeting notes, trackers and best‑practice materials.
• Review campaign data and trends, sharing observations to support optimisation and rebooking discussions.
• Research industry trends, competitor activity and best practices, contributing to case studies and strategic playbooks
