Job description

The Client Services Director (CSD) owns overall team and partnership success. You will lead Client Services Managers and Delivery Leaders, foster a culture of collaboration and operational excellence, and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Work Parameters:

Location: Singapore, hybrid

Schedule: APAC 1st shift

This role requires leading Client Services Managers and Delivery Leaders who oversee all functions within recruiting operations, including sourcing, screening, and coordination.

Team Management
  • Lead and coach Client Services Managers and Delivery Leaders across sourcing, screening, and coordination functions.

  • Define performance goals, track recruiting metrics (time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, etc.), and drive continuous improvement.

  • Promote employee development through regular 1:1s, team meetings, and goal‑setting frameworks.

  • Champion innovative programs (passive‑candidate outreach, recruitment marketing, new technologies) to build talent pipelines.

  • Contribute to Cielo Director forums to share best practices globally.

Client Relationships
  • Build and execute a Strategic Account Plan aligned to client and Cielo objectives.

  • Partner with Business Development on needs analysis and solution presentations.

  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert throughout sales and implementation stages.

  • Embed within the client organization, maintaining deep stakeholder relationships and mastery of contractual terms.

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with clients and internal teams.

Operational Excellence
  • Own P&L management, budgeting, and expense controls for the account portfolio.

  • Standardize processes, ensure audit readiness, and monitor service quality via surveys and data dashboards.

  • Lead or contribute to company‑wide initiatives that enhance delivery effectiveness.
