Our client is an Independent Global Fund Administrator offering a comprehensive range of fund administration services for alternative funds and digital assets. As part of their expansion plan, they are currently looking for a Client Services, AVP/VP, Fund Services to be part of their team. This position is based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enhance client experience and ensure quality and timely service delivery.
2. Equip with good understanding of the company’s business lines and associated product/service offerings, identifying opportunities for relationship expansion through cross-selling.
3. Communicate clients’ needs to various business functions and operational support teams.
4. Strategically negotiate service level agreements (SLAs), monitoring and managing client SLAs and operational deliverables.
5. Stay informed about the industry and regulatory landscape, identifying trends and potential growth opportunities.
6. Oversee new client onboarding and coordinate new launches for existing clients.
7. Work with service delivery team to identify areas for process improvement and system development, to minimize operational risks and enhance efficiency.
8. Conduct periodic risk assessments of clients.
