Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Serve as the key liaison between clients and internal departments for requests and issue resolution.
Program Implementation:
• Take ownership of new program implementations for key accounts.
• Engage in initiative and project discussions, leading and monitoring implementation progress.
Inventory Management:
• Monitor and report stockholdings
• Prepare indent reports for monthly reviews.
• Manage replenishment and inbound inventory in line with forecasts, commercial, and stockholding requirements.
Performance Metrics:
• Support monthly KPI metrics and perform root cause analysis to improve metrics and performance.
• Ensure timely submission of internal and external reports and present operational KPIs.
Continuous Improvement:
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet inventory goals.
• Review work processes and initiate process improvement plans.
• Transactional-Tasks:
• Effectively use the SAP system to manage a high number of material SKUs.
• Support clients in good receipt, redressing, write off, item creation, item suspension, destruction and other activities.
Requirements
• Diploma / Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain Management or Operations Management
• Preferably 2 years relevant experience in key account management, logistics, warehousing, pharmaceutical or distribution industry.
• Preferred knowledge of SAP system and proficient in Microsoft Office tools and related software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and process mapping skills.
