We are currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as a Client Service Manager.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular investment pipeline meetings with clients for various asset classes
  • Manage with internal teams on the production and delivery of client reporting as well as the presentation materials for client meetings
  • Engage with internal teams and agree service levels with internal stakeholders to manage the delivery of client requirements with quality
  • Maintain a log of issues/errors affecting the covered client portfolios and conduct regular meetings with support functions to ensure quality client service
  • Review clients’ investment guidelines regularly by coordinating with investment and support teams
  • Ensure adherence and compliance with all regulatory and internal requirements for ongoing client services and new client requests
