Une entreprise de services financiers à Singapour recherche un Client Service Executive pour fournir un soutien administratif de haut niveau aux clients. Ce rôle exige une passion pour le service client, une attention minutieuse aux détails et la capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en étant un membre d'équipe efficace. Job description

We are looking for a service-oriented individual who takes pride in delivering outstanding value and service to our valuable clients. As a Client Service Executive, you will provide strong administrative support to our clients and advisers, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction. The main functoins of this exciting position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Champion clients' enquiries in a professional, trustworthy and timely manner
  • Provide one-stop service in relation to client onboarding, account opening, servicing requests, client details updates, transfers of client folders etc
  • Manage the renewal of Accredited Investors status for clients
  • Provide logistical support in client events and client delight initiatives
  • Collaborate with Client Advisers and team members in service delivery and resolution
  • Participate in any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

To be successful in this position, you will be someone who:

  • Has a Diploma with at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience preferably in the financial services or insurance industry
  • Passionate about client experience and solving clients' concerns
  • Possess a strong customer centric personality and mindset
  • Possess a pleasant and cheerful disposition
  • Possess initiative, drive and exceptional attention to details
  • Is an independent worker, able to work without much guidance
  • Is a strong team player
  • Is driven, tenacious and possess a strong work ethic
  • Has excellent interpersonal & communication skills to listen and talk to clients
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
  • Is familiar with Xplan software will be advantageous
