Job summary

Une entreprise vétérinaire de premier plan recherche un Senior Client Service Coordinator pour gérer les interactions avec les clients et assurer un service de haute qualité. Le rôle implique des responsabilités variées, y compris la gestion des appels, la planification des rendez-vous et la facturation, dans un environnement dynamique. Un engagement d'un an est nécessaire, et une expérience en service à la clientèle est requise.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme 'O' ou supérieur requis.
  • Expérience de 2 ans en service client.
  • Capacité à travailler en rotation de jour et de nuit.

Responsibilities

  • Gérer les lignes téléphoniques entrantes et diriger les appels.
  • Planifier des rendez-vous et communiquer les exigences de réservation aux clients.
  • Finaliser les factures, traiter les paiements et équilibrer la caisse.

Do you have

  • 'O' levels certificate or above education?
  • Prior front facing customer experience?

Our role is full time, at 44 hours per week on rotation (inclusive of weekends). This is a full time role with minimum one year of commitment. Eligibility to work without visa sponsorship is required for this vacancy.

Responsibilities for this role (not exhaustive):

  • Manage incoming phone lines & directing calls
  • Scheduling appointments and communicating booking requirements to clients
  • Communicating patient arrivals and emergencies to clinical staff
  • Finalising invoices, processing payment, and balancing the till
  • Dispensing medication
  • Perform various ad hoc administrative duties

Education:

  • GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (Required)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift 8am-8pm (Required)
  • Night Shift 11am-11pm (Required)
