Job summary

A staffing agency in Singapore is looking for a Call Centre Executive. You will manage calls, assist clients, and perform administrative tasks. Candidates should have at least an A level or equivalent and some experience in a call centre. This role offers a contract duration of 1 year with working hours either 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am, working 2 days on and 2 days off.

Qualifications

  • Minimum A level/Nitec/Diploma in any field required.
  • Some experience in call centre environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all inbound and outbound calls effectively.
  • Assist clients by identifying their needs and providing information.
  • Conduct necessary administrative tasks to meet client needs.

Job description

Location: Tampines

Duration: 1 yr contract

Salary: Up to $3K

Working Hours: 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am (Work 2 days rest 2 days)

Job Scope:

  • Manage all inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, assisting our clients by listening and identifying their needs and providing the right information
  • Identify and escalate cases to senior colleagues
  • Conduct administrative tasks and ensure client needs are followed through
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Min. A level/ Nitec/ Diploma in any field
  • Min. some experience in call centre
