Job description

Location: Orchard, The Centrepoint

Working Days: 5 days (including 1 weekend day)

Work Timing: 10AM - 7PM

Bonuses: 2 months' bonus (based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Experience & Support:
    • Greet customers by name, engage in small talk, and offer refreshments.
    • Present upcoming and completed service/treatment details clearly, addressing all customer queries.
    • Gather feedback on satisfaction and align on future treatment plans.
  2. Operations & Data Management:
    • Manage and communicate daily and future customer schedules to ensure staff awareness and availability.
    • Accurately input sales data, issue invoices, update customer records, and document treatment plans/packages in the system.
    • Ensure proper signing of agreements (PA) and provision of relevant documents to customers.
    • Maintain a neat shop environment, ensuring equipment and tools are readily available.
    • Manage daily cashier operations, reconcile cash, and hand over to closing staff.
  3. Inventory & Compliance:
    • Accurately receive, send, and register inventory in the system.
    • Conduct inventory counts and report to the purchasing manager.
    • Ensure full staff adherence to SOPs and accurate data entry reflecting committed services.
    • Report any SOP deviations or policy violations.
  4. Team Support & Flexibility:
    • Assist in onboarding new staff, covering SOPs and customer service guidelines.
    • Perform other duties as required by the Customer Relations Manager.
    • Work overtime, weekends, and retail hours when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar customer service or relations position. Experience in a related industry is advantageous.
  • Proficient in PC skills (Outlook, Excel).
  • Course certifications in customer service or sales are a plus.
