Our client is one of the largest financial services companies in the world, and they are currently looking for a Client Service Analyst to join their team.

Your new role

  • Promote bank products via telemarketing calls such as Time Deposit and Foreign Exchange, and be actively involved in the department's campaign together with the relationship manager.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and transactions.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, understand customers' requirements in a short period, and present solutions that meet their needs.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Meticulous, attention to detail.
