Your new company Our client is one of the largest financial services companies in the world, and they are currently looking for a Client Service Analyst to join their team.
Your new role
Promote bank products via telemarketing calls such as Time Deposit and Foreign Exchange, and be actively involved in the department's campaign together with the relationship manager.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and transactions.
Work in a fast-paced environment, understand customers' requirements in a short period, and present solutions that meet their needs.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
Meticulous, attention to detail.
