• Promote bank products via telemarketing calls such as Time Deposit and Foreign Exchange, and be actively involved in the department's campaign together with the relationship manager.
• Be able to work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and transactions
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, understand customers' requirements in a short period and present solutions that meet their needs
