Job description

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

  • Monitor and report stockholding levels to ensure optimal inventory control.

  • Prepare and maintain indent reports for monthly reviews.

  • Manage replenishment and inbound inventory in alignment with demand forecasts, commercial strategies, and stockholding requirements.

Performance Metrics

  • Support the development and tracking of monthly KPI metrics; conduct root cause analysis to drive performance improvements.

  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of internal and external reports and present operational KPIs to stakeholders.

Transactional-Tasks

  • Utilize SAP system efficiently to manage a wide range of material SKUs.

  • Support the clients service team in activities such as goods receipt, redressing, write offs, item creation, item suspension, destruction and other operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain Management or Operations Management

  • Preferably 2 years relevant experience in key account management, logistics, warehousing, pharmaceutical or distribution industry.

  • Preferred knowledge of SAP system and proficient in Microsoft Office tools and related software

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and process mapping skills.
