Job description

The Client Relations Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and contributing to the business’s success. The role is focused on maintaining long-term relationships, addressing client concerns, and resolving issues to boost client retention and loyalty.

What You'll Do:

Client Relationship Management:

  1. Develop and sustain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact, regularly communicating with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  3. Collect and act on client feedback to enhance services, products, and offerings.
  4. Identify and retain at-risk clients by developing targeted engagement strategies.
  5. Design and implement communication plans to keep clients engaged with the brand and informed about updates.

Client Retention & Loyalty:

  1. Resolve client complaints and disputes swiftly and effectively, maintaining a high level of service.
  2. Monitor client satisfaction and implement proactive strategies to improve retention and reduce churn.
  3. Organize and manage client appreciation events, promotions, or activities to strengthen loyalty.

Collaboration & Performance Management:

  1. Analyze client feedback and satisfaction data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  2. Prepare and present reports on client service performance to senior management.
  3. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client needs are understood and addressed.
  4. Lead and train the client relations team to ensure best practices in managing client interactions and staying informed on product updates.

Salary: $7500 to $9000 per month

What You Bring:

  1. Customer service-oriented with passion for luxury retail.
  2. Able to speak and write in Mandarin fluently to interact with Mandarin speaking clients and customers.
  3. Well-groomed and able to present yourself professionally.
  4. Able to work retail hours on rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  5. Relevant experience in luxury retail/hospitality/as a cabin crew is a plus.
