About the Role

Join us as Client Relationship Manager!

Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through brokers to meet individual/team quotas and AIA business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • To achieve team sales goal and meet growth targets through collaboration with internal and external parties.
  • To articulate AIA's proposition to develop new avenues of business & retention of accounts.
  • To build and develop existing relationships with intermediaries.
  • To ensure renewal invitations are issued within 6-8 weeks prior to expiry and timely follow up on negotiations and placement.
  • Day-to-day account management to ensure accounts are serviced appropriately. This includes timely responses especially on issues and co-ordination between internal departments, clients, intermediaries, TPAs.
  • Regular intermediary visitations, meetings wherever required. Identify process improvements to achieve efficiency.
  • Lead, support and motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.
  • To collaborate with relevant departments to manage projects.
  • Customer servicing and resolution management.
  • Work with all departments in Corporate Solutions as well as other Enterprise divisions.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma holder.
  • At least 5 years related Industry Experience.
  • Microsoft Office & PowerPoint Skills.
  • Certifications/licenses - HI, M5 and M9, M9A, BCP, PGI, Com GI.
