A leading company in HR services seeks a Business Development Manager to drive sales and engage clients in Singapore. The role involves developing business strategies, managing relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction through tailored solutions. Job Description
Drive sales revenue, develop new business and engage local and regional clients;
Develop and execute strategic business plan to maximize business development opportunities, increase market share and create value-added solutions & services for clients;
Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new leads and new business opportunities using a variety of channels, i.e. networking, referrals, social selling, events, cold outreach etc.;
Cultivate and manage a pipeline of high-quality prospects and nurture long-term relationships with existing and past clients;
Develop and support marketing strategies, formulating & implementing business plans in order to meet sales targets and business goals;
Establish and maintain strong professional relationship with clients through proactive communication and timely respond to needs;
Achieve maximum client satisfaction with effective client engagement and client relationship management together with the regional teams;
Oversees payment/billing matters and related issue for clients;
Make visits to our clients to identify and expand opportunities with key existing regional accounts in Singapore and other regions for cross-selling and up-selling;
Coordinate training programs, marketing activities and any emergency service requests;
Prepare service proposals, statistical reports, and training evaluation to corporate clients;
Collect market information and reflect client feedback to support the company’s business planning activity;
Analyze market trends, determine current needs and recommend value-added solutions & services for clients.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources, Psychology or other related fields
3-5 years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or client relationship management roles—preferably in a consulting, HR services, or professional services environment
Good command of spoken and written English
Possess strong business acumen, strategic thinking, professional integrity
Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and coaching skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, creative, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and lean team environment
