About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Client Relationship & Events Marketing Manager. In this full-time role based in the Central Region, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships and delivering impactful marketing events to drive brand engagement and sales.
What you'll be doing
Provide business analysis & reporting to communicate about client, project, and commercial performance as necessary
Work closely with the retail team on managing and strategizing on their in store client treatment and appointments
Develop and execute creative marketing event strategies to raise brand awareness and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Manage end-to-end planning and delivery of high-profile client events, conferences, and brand activations
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution
Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored experiences
Analyse event performance data to continually improve the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
Collaborate with the broader marketing team to integrate events into the overall brand strategy
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' experience in event management or client relationship marketing, preferably within the luxury retail or fashion industry
Proven track record of delivering successful, high-profile brand events and experiences
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
Creative flair and an eye for detail to conceptualise and execute innovative event concepts
Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Proficient in using event management and CRM software
