Job Title: Client Onboarding & Documentation Executive – Custody Services

6 Months Convertible

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and coordinate onboarding paperwork for custody clients by internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all onboarded clients, ensuring timely periodic reviews of KYC documentation.
• Arrange and follow up on the renewal of KYC and other relevant client documents as required.
• Maintain and regularly update the register of Bank representatives in alignment with internal compliance standards.
• Prepare detailed client profile sheets for existing clients in collaboration with the custody services and operations teams.

Experience:

• Experience required: at least 2+ years of experience in banking and fund services onboarding, as per MAS Singapore regulations.
