Client Relations Director and VIP Manager - Luxury Travel Specialists

To further enhance our capacity in Asia and globally, we are looking for the travel industry’s best people with experience in organizing complex itineraries with high-end service. Job specifics will be in accordance with the candidate’s background, interests, and preferences:

Qualifications:

  • Director: minimum 8 years of experience from a luxury travel agency tailoring complex bespoke travel experiences
  • VIP Manager: minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience. PA/EA background can also be relevant.
  • Excellent client relations skills
  • Driven, proactive, structured, and with the highest attention to detail
  • Interest and experience with the high-end/UHNW segment
  • Enjoy working in a hectic work environment with high ambitions
  • Preferably: A university degree with strong academic performance and a command of the Chinese language
  • Good values and attitude
