Client Relation Executive

Working Hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm (Mon to Fri)

Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 (based on experience)

Location: Woodlands

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize sales records; prepare monthly reports for management.
• Follow up on customer orders, arrange deliveries, and update customers on any delays.
• Ensure sales materials and tools are ready and sufficient.
• Handle custmer feedback and provide after-sales support.
• Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Convert sales forecasts into production plans and coordinate with raw material supply.
• Monitor raw material usage during production.
• Prepare sales and production reports, highlighting any potential issues.
• Compile monthly management reports (e.g., sales, profit, budget).
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Good time management, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with all levels.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and production timelines.
• Must be willing to travel to Malaysia once a month (2–3 days per trip).
