NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Client Executive to join our Financial Services team in Singapore.

Position Summary

The Client Executive is accountable for the P&L, revenue growth, and client satisfaction of Financial Services accounts in the APAC region, with a total revenue portfolio of at least $25M. As the chief steward of the regional portfolio, the Client Executive will be responsible for defining and executing account strategies, pursuit strategies, revenue forecasting, achieving all financial targets, service excellence, and overall client satisfaction.

Position's General Duties and Tasks

In these roles you will be responsible for:

  • P&L / Financial Management

  • Operations and Delivery Oversight

Requirements for this role include:

  • Ability to develop relationships with senior client executives and leverage those relationships to expand NTT DATA’s business through a consultative selling approach
  • Ability to drive business development and sales results in assigned account(s)
  • Ability to build and deliver creative value-added solutions (leveraging internal and external/partner talent where applicable)
  • Experience selling and delivering solutions-based services (i.e., not just staffing)
  • Ability to cross-sell IT services
  • Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build and motivate distributed and global teams
  • Experience and deep understanding of the Financial Services industry domain
  • Understanding of a global delivery model and ability to leverage the value of on-shore, near-shore and off-shore capabilities
  • Ability to lead account planning efforts and develop strategic account plans
  • Financial management capabilities, including strong forecasting ability
  • Ability to lead a pursuit team and qualify deals

Preferences:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; graduate-level degree preferred
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales and managing success across client portfolios of at least $25M in annual revenue
  • Desired minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience
