Role Summary:
The strategic function is to create and manage long-term relationships with specific set of customers in Public Sector. Client Partner work as trusted advisors to shape solutions and solve our customers' most critical business problems. The role is accountable for overall profitable growth and exceptional delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage client accounts, ensuring that client needs are met, and solutions are delivered effectively.
- Support the development and execution of account strategies and contribute to profitable growth.
- Maintain regular client communication, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Translate client’s needs, goals and challenges to actionable strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute account-related projects successfully.
- Address client issues and concerns promptly by working with internal teams to proactively develop solutions to prevent issues from arising.
- Drive cross-functional team to deliver client reports, business updates and presentations.
- Lead cross functional teams to improve processes and streamline operations to better serve clients.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow the account portfolio.
- Actively monitor industry trends and adapt account strategies accordingly.
- Support and mentor account team members in their growth.
- Manage internal account plan, financial updates & forecasting
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 10+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Demonstrated success in account leadership roles, meeting or exceeding sales and revenue objectives and building client relationships
- Leadership and strategic planning capabilities, effective communication skills, and a history of contributing to business growth
- Ideal candidate to possess public sector experience with good networks and connections
- Proven track record in building strong relationships with mid management to C-level in public sector accounts
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
