Your role
We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable professional to join our team, someone who is passionate about building strong client and candidate relationships while ensuring excellence in HR service delivery. This role is split evenly between account management and operational responsibilities. You will be expected to grow our market share with existing and new clients, provide customer-centric HR solutions, and oversee the full associate lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Cross-selling and understanding client needs to offer strategic workforce solutions will also be key components of the role.
Key Objectives
- Increase market share of existing clients
- Develop new client contacts
- Ensure customer centricity by retaining and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Understand clients' business needs and provide appropriate business solutions (cross-selling)
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Business Partnering (50%)
- Manage and grow client accounts to maintain/increase market share
- Identify new client contacts and conduct client mapping
- Maintain consistent and proactive communication with stakeholders
- Conduct business reviews and hiring outlook discussions
- Organise client and associate engagement events
- Share relevant materials such as white papers and industry insights
- Demonstrate empathy, respect, and adaptability when handling difficult conversations
- Tailor communication styles to suit different stakeholder preferences
- Build strong interpersonal relationships and establish credibility through business and technical knowledge
- Act as a trusted advisor in helping clients resolve people-related matters
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and provide appropriate business solutions
- Foster high retention rates by maintaining strong client and associate relationships
Operational Excellence (50%)
- Ensure adherence to internal processes, MOM legislation, and internal governance
- Leverage front office tools and ensure consistent process adoption
- Drive efficiency through process improvement initiatives
- Manage payment cycles and ensure healthy DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
- Generate and prepare accurate reports
- Oversee end-to-end associate lifecycle management:
Onboarding: Coordinate with associates and clients to manage onboarding and orientation
Contract Renewals: Monitor renewal triggers, negotiate terms, re-onboard, and coordinate with Shared Admin Hub
End of Contract: Handle offboarding, negotiate exit terms, and liaise with the admin team
Address HR matters including enquiries, performance issues, grievances, morale management, counselling, and termination
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Human Resource/ Business or equivalent
- Knowledge of HR practices and local employment legislation
- Strong command of English, in both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Background in customer service or HR, with demonstrated experience in managing candidate and client relationships
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
