A leading company in analytics solutions seeks a seasoned Analytics Consultant to manage client relationships and project delivery. With over 10 years of experience, you will leverage analytical skills to provide actionable insights, drive client satisfaction, and lead high-value engagements across various industries.
Responsibilities:
Account Ownership:
• Act as the primary on-ground representative with full accountability for managing the client relationship from consulting (solutioning & presales) through to delivery.
• Represent the organization in client meetings, aiming to increase engagement with key executives and decision makers.
• Leverage and bring in appropriate capabilities to meet client requirements.
Delivery:
• Lead projects independently and manage end-to-end client engagements including SOW development, defining business objectives, solution approach, scope, deliverables, client responsibilities, staffing roles, and risk mitigation.
Governance:
• Ensure regular client updates and meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly), manage stakeholders, analyze project risks or failures, track execution, and monitor success metrics effectively and efficiently.
• Design and evolve delivery processes within the team to drive high client satisfaction.
• Proactively identify potential issues and drive resolution to avoid customer impact and promote continuous improvement.
Analytics Consulting (New Business):
• Collaborate with the sales team on new client opportunities and provide high-end consulting/thought leadership during face-to-face meetings with business heads.
• Work with clients to understand business challenges, define business problems, and bring in the right capabilities for deep-dive analyses.
Requirements:
• Proven experience (10+ years) as an Analytics Consultant, Analytics Manager, or a similar role, serving clients across industries such as Retail, Healthcare/Pharma, BFSI, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, and visualization techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in client management, including building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex business needs into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
