Clienteling Strategy and Implementation
- Develop and nurture client base to secure growth of the business in line with Company's corporate strategy
- Execute regional clienteling strategies including lifecycle campaigns, client targeting, and the implementation of CRM tools and programmes
- Develop and manage regional client communication calendar
- Promote and foster clientelling culture and establish a network of client development specialists at retail boutiques though training, coaching and nurturing
- Analysis of client information and development of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify, set, and track client KPI and work closely with local CRM teams and retail boutiques to deliver performance
- Track CRM tool and programme performance, and conduct regular review to provide key insights and action items for markets
Client Gifting, Treatment and Events
- Set up distribution criteria, consolidate and allocate client gifts for the region
- Lead the treatment planning, execution for all regional events and in charge of regional clients attending international shows
- Oversee and ensure smooth overseas client experiences by liaising with Paris appointed conciergerie
- Follow up with markets & track client orders and performance after event
- Develop, maintain an elite client tracker and identify clients with potential to upgrade across segmentations with local CRM teams and boutiques
