Job description

Requirements:
  • Strong educational background in Data Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in IT, software development, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT development processes, solutions, and technologies.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects and delivering them on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain regular online and offline contact with all past and present clients.
  • Manage Client Executives based on size, industry and territory focus to ensure optimum workflow within the team and with Co-Teams.
  • Ensure all Client Executives are delivering successful engagements and optimize the team accordingly.
  • Represent Devdat.ai at industry events, seminars and online classes to stay a well-informed of the latest trends and developments to provide Clients/Juniors with insights.
  • Remain in good standing to develop a network of potential new clients, maintain relationships with clients who have moved on and maintain a view on up and coming talent or potential threats within your team and the company overall.
  • Understand client needs and provide effective solutions by collaborating with internal teams (development, technical, and business teams).
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and the latest IT solutions to better serve clients.
