Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management/ Outreach and Relationship Building:

  1. Respondent Outreach: Conduct outreach to respondents to encourage participation, address questions and concerns, and ensure high response rates.

  2. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with respondents, stakeholders, and partners to ensure successful survey implementation.

Data Analysis

  1. Data Analysis: Analyze survey data using statistical software.

  2. Results Interpretation: Interpret survey results and identify key findings and trends.

Reporting and Communication

  1. Report Development: Develop reports and presentations to communicate survey findings to stakeholders.

  2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify survey objectives, design surveys, and interpret results.

Industry Knowledge

  1. Staying Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in survey research.

Survey Support

  1. Providing Instructions: Provide respondents with clear instructions and support to ensure successful survey completion.

  2. Follow-up: Follow up with respondents to ensure high response rates and gather additional feedback as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline.

  • No prior experience required.

  • Enjoy talking to people and building rapport.
