Key Responsibilities:
Client Management/ Outreach and Relationship Building:
Respondent Outreach: Conduct outreach to respondents to encourage participation, address questions and concerns, and ensure high response rates.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with respondents, stakeholders, and partners to ensure successful survey implementation.
Data Analysis
Data Analysis: Analyze survey data using statistical software.
Results Interpretation: Interpret survey results and identify key findings and trends.
Reporting and Communication
Report Development: Develop reports and presentations to communicate survey findings to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify survey objectives, design surveys, and interpret results.
Industry Knowledge
Staying Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in survey research.
Survey Support
Providing Instructions: Provide respondents with clear instructions and support to ensure successful survey completion.
Follow-up: Follow up with respondents to ensure high response rates and gather additional feedback as needed.
Requirements:
Degree in any discipline.
No prior experience required.
Enjoy talking to people and building rapport.
