Job Overview

We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Client Management Executive to join our Singapore team. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day pantry and F&B supply operations for our MNC clients, ensuring high service standards, smooth coordination, and timely fulfilment. You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver seamless service.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management
  1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned MNC clients.
  2. Process client orders, coordinate invoicing, and manage order follow-ups.
  3. Resolve service issues promptly and maintain strong client relationships.
  4. Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
  5. Manage client documentation and maintain accurate service records.
Supply Chain Coordination
  1. Liaise with suppliers, warehouse teams, and logistics partners to plan stock deliveries.
  2. Track and manage inventory levels and assist in procurement planning.
  3. Ensure timely and accurate execution of delivery and documentation schedules.
  4. Support stock reconciliations and prepare regular client or management reports.
Requirements
  1. Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  2. 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, pantry/catering operations, or supply chain roles.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, Ariba, or ERP systems is an advantage.
  6. A team player who is customer-focused and solution-oriented.
