Description: Client Management Assistant Manager / Manager – Pharmaceutical / Healthcare Supply Chain

Our client in the healthcare logistics segment is seeking to fill the following challenging position:

Responsibilities:
  1. Establish customer service / operational strategies, plans, and activities that support the organisation’s client management deliverables.
  2. Oversee customer service excellence and ensure robust customer service is established.
  3. Champion continuous improvement to ensure superior service is rendered to clients.
  4. Liaise with cross-functional teams.
  5. Provide performance and management reports to management.
  6. Identify training needs of customer service personnel.
  7. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Quality teams to drive overall customer service excellence initiatives in tandem with clients' established KPIs.
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Min Diploma / Degree holder, preferably in Supply Chain Management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in cold chain / supply chain / warehouse management / 3PL and transportation management in the healthcare segment.
  • Fundamental understanding of healthcare value chain’s value propositions and experience leading a team.
  • Innovative and capable of identifying and implementing solutions in logistics, transportation, and warehousing.
  • Able to foster effective teamwork and collaboration by setting clear directions and priorities.
  • Strategically focused.
  • Strong team management skills.
