As our new Client Management Integration Specialist in the Client Integration team in Singapore, you’ll experience an open and knowledge driven culture, where everyone can thrive, connect with colleagues, learn and grow. Here you will be empowered to make an impact every day.
In this role, you will be leading client integrations to Banking Circle front-end systems, ensuring a smooth and fast technical onboarding experience from testing in the sandbox to live.
You are the key player in educating clients on how to best use our modern RESTful API, SFTP, SWIFT and various technical channel according to the specific solution, products in scope, and needs.
You will be the main point of contact for clients for technical questions during the onboarding and sales process. Moreover, you will be responsible for all aspects of the client integration until it is successfully completed, including setting up the client profiles within the Core Banking platforms.

Things we’ll look for on your resume
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a relevant educational background and a demonstrated capability from an applicable role within client integrations, technical sales or payment related product development.
We expect you to have good command of RESTful APIs. Be proficient in SQL for data analysis, reporting, and issue investigation. Have strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Be familiar with payment channels and infrastructure. Have good knowledge of payment schemes across EU (SEPA), UK (Faster Payments, Bacs, CHAPS), and Australia (NPP, BECS). Have experience or exposure to monitoring services in Microsoft Azure is a plus
