Job summary

JACKSPEED HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Sales Support/Customer Service professional in Singapore to handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate orders through to installation.

You will liaise with customers, installers, and internal teams to ensure accurate information and timely fulfilment. The role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec qualification or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Customer-service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated, responsible, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-organised, meticulous, and able to prioritise work effectively.
• Able to handle customer enquiries and complaints calmly, professionally, and with a positive attitude.
• Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and ensure all order information is accurate and complete.
• Coordinate customer orders, deliveries, and installation arrangements to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Provide customers with timely updates on order status, delivery schedules, and installation appointments.
• Coordinate installation appointments with customers and installers.
• Follow up on outstanding payments in accordance with agreed payment terms.
• Handle after-sales service enquiries and coordinate with the relevant parties to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with other internal departments, installers, and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales orders, quotations, and service requests.
• Perform general sales administration duties, including filing, document preparation, and maintaining sales-related records.
