O2 NETWORK PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Systems & Network Engineer to bridge client-facing solution design with hands-on network operations. You will engage with clients, design and support network infrastructure, and lead incident response to minimise downtime.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in systems or network engineering, experience with Cisco/CCNA, Fortinet, and Microsoft platforms, and strong English communication for technical docs and client interactions.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of systems or network engineering experience, preferably with client exposure.
• Working knowledge of Cisco/CCNA, Fortinet, and Microsoft platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with clients to understand requirements and propose solutions.
• Design, configure, and support network infrastructure including switching, routing, wireless, and security.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and incident response to minimise downtime.
• Document configurations and resolutions for internal knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with engineering, project delivery, and sales teams to ensure feasible solutions.
