Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 5–8 years hands-on AS400 COBOL development experience.
• Banking domain exposure preferred, especially payments.
• Proficiency with AS400, COBOL, SQL and DB2.
• Familiarity with change/release tools (JIRA/ALDON).
• Experience across full software delivery lifecycle.
• Strong communication and client-facing capabilities.

Responsibilities
