A luxury real estate development firm in Singapore is seeking a Client Experience Manager to ensure high standards of client engagement and brand experience. The role involves project coordination, luxury property marketing, and managing client relationships. Qualified candidates should have relevant experience and be bilingual (English & Mandarin). This position requires a polished communicator with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
As a Client Experience Manager, you will be the central figure ensuring our residences and brand experiences meet the highest standards of luxury, design, and hospitality. This is a multi-faceted role combining interior design coordination, marketing execution, and client relationship management.
You will oversee the preparation and presentation of our residential units — from interior design planning and site visits to crafting immersive viewing experiences. You'll also drive brand storytelling through curated marketing campaigns and materials, manage key agents and partners, and deliver high-touch engagement to potential and existing clients.
This role requires a polished communicator with a strong eye for design, a passion for lifestyle branding, and the operational skill to manage multiple moving parts across projects and stakeholders.
Location: 601 Macpherson Road, Grantral Mall (with site visits as required)
Hours: Monday to Saturday (half-day); with client appointments during off-hours (time off in-lieu)
