About the Role

As a Client Experience Manager, you will be the central figure ensuring our residences and brand experiences meet the highest standards of luxury, design, and hospitality. This is a multi-faceted role combining interior design coordination, marketing execution, and client relationship management.

You will oversee the preparation and presentation of our residential units — from interior design planning and site visits to crafting immersive viewing experiences. You'll also drive brand storytelling through curated marketing campaigns and materials, manage key agents and partners, and deliver high-touch engagement to potential and existing clients.

This role requires a polished communicator with a strong eye for design, a passion for lifestyle branding, and the operational skill to manage multiple moving parts across projects and stakeholders.

Location: 601 Macpherson Road, Grantral Mall (with site visits as required)
Hours: Monday to Saturday (half-day); with client appointments during off-hours (time off in-lieu)

Key Responsibilities

1. Interior Design & Project Coordination

  • Source and evaluate Interior Designers for new and revamp projects.
  • Oversee the design journey, ensuring concepts align with brand objectives.
  • Conduct site visits (1–2 per week) to monitor progress and resolve issues.
  • Transition completed units into maintenance and upkeep routines.
  • Prepare units for client arrivals and viewings, aligned with brand storytelling.

2. Marketing & Brand Execution

  • Craft and execute brand story across collaterals: website, brochures, gifts, and stationery.
  • Select and brief luxury-aligned property agents.
  • Coordinate lifestyle-driven video shoots, social media campaigns, and content.
  • Launch and manage social media strategies to build awareness and generate leads.
  • Track campaign performance and agent engagement.

3. Client Engagement & Experience Management

  • Orchestrate seamless client viewings with agents, designers, and service teams.
  • Ensure units are guest-ready with luxury details (lighting, scenting, refreshments).
  • Deliver bilingual presentations, emphasizing lifestyle and design narratives.
  • Handle inquiries, negotiations, and guide clients with trust and discretion.
  • Apply soft-closing techniques to nurture long-term relationships.

4. Maintenance & Upkeep

  • Maintain showcase units in pristine, guest-ready condition.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and vendor teams for upkeep and repairs.
  • Implement a preventive maintenance schedule to uphold brand standards.

  • Submit weekly progress reports covering design, marketing, pipeline, and upkeep.
  • Track costs, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Provide insights and recommendations directly to management.
